How do I reserve my Vacation Home?
 
Once you choose the vacation home that you would like to book, there are two options when it comes to securing your booking: 

You may place your reservation directly through www.prestigevacationrentals.com, our secure website. Should you wish to speak with a team member, you can also contact our reservations staff during normal operating hours, which are Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm. Weekend or after hours calls may go to voicemail but will be answered with 24 hours.


Prestige Vacation Rentals requires a 20% deposit upon placing the reservation.  If you are placing a reservation for accommodations that 60 days or less in advance, a full payment is required. 

All payments will be processed on the credit card card that is initially provided for the booking unless other payments are arranged.

 
When will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions?
 
Prestige Vacation Rentals will e-mail you a booking confirmation form which will include your rental property address, custom lockbox code, wireless internet code, directions to your property, and a rental voucher for the duration of your stay to present to the staff and security
 
 
What is required at Check-out?
Each property has different requirements for check out procedures. Please refer to the in home guide when you arrive to see if there are any specific things required for your property. 

 

What are the Check-in & Check-out times?

Your home will be available for check-in on your day of arrival at 4:00 pm. Check-out is promptly at 10:00 am on your day of departure. You are free to use the amenities of the community prior to and after check-out on that day only.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can be requested for an additional charge. All early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to no other reservations in the property at the time of your arrival/departure. As such, these will be tentatively booked, and confirmed only within the last 48 hours prior to your arrival. It is the guest's responsibility to contact Prestige Vacation Rentals within 48 hours of arrival to confirm availability.

 

What is the cancellation policy for Prestige Vacation Rentals?

Any cancellation must be received in writing and are subject to the following charges of the total:
  • 20% from initial date of booking up to 49 days prior to the arrival date
  • 100% if less than 49 days prior to the arrival date
Example 1: John has paid his trip in full and ends up needing to cance 30 days prior to arrival. John will receive no refund and forfiet the full amount of his reservation. 

Example 2:  Jane has paid her 20% deposit and has to cancel 2 weeks before her final payment is due. Jane will end up forfeiting the 20% deposit, but will not be charged the remaining balance.

 
Does Prestige Vacation Rentals require a minimum night stay?
 
All homes booked by Prestige Vacation Rentals have a minimum length of stay requirement. This requirment is different from property to property depending on owner rules. The property page will have the specific requirement per home.  


 
If I have a problem with the home, what should I do?
Each home rented by Prestige Vacation Rentals is professionaly managed by a local property management company. Should you encounter any issues while in the home, please contact the local company to assist. Prestige Vacation Rentals cannot rectify any issues that occur within the home itself.

 

What are Prestige Vacation Rentals' Office Hours?

Our regular office hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST Monday-Friday. Guests calling to place a reservation, or those with general inquiries outside of office hours are able to leave messages on our voicemail system. Prestige Vacation Rentals will do its best to reply to all messages within 24 hours. Reservations can also be placed 24/7 on our secure website. Feel free to send an e-mail to [email protected] with any questions or comments.  E-Mails are generally responded to at a quicker rate. 

 
Are the kitchens fully equipped?
 
All homes are fully equipped with everything you'll need, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, range, microwave and dishwasher. 

 

Are there any laundry facilities in the area?
 
All properties have a washer and dryer in unit. Some even have dual sets!

What should I bring on my vacation?

While we try to our best to ensure that each guest has everything they will need, however, there are some items that are not provided in the homes. While bath and hand towels are provided, you may want to bring your own beach towels as these are not always supplied in the property, and if they are, they are not permitted to be removed from the property. Please remember that vacation rentals are self catering accomodations and guests are responsible for their own toiletries and supplies after exhausting the initial starter items supplied by property management companies prior to arrival.


Are the homes Non-Smoking?

All Prestige Vacation Rentals properties have a very strict no-smoking policy. Guests are permitted to smoke on the exterior of the home including screen enclosed areas such as the balcony and patio, or throughout the community in open air areas excluding community playgrounds, clubhouse, breezeways, etc. Please be considerate when smoking and place all finished cigarettes and ashes in the ash tray and trash containers. Those found to be in violation of the smoking policy will be subject to a $500 fee.


How often is my vacation home cleaned?
 
Every property booked by Prestige Vacation Rentals is professionally managed by a local management company. The home is cleaned thuroughly by their professional cleaning staff prior to and immediately following every vacation.  Unlike a hotel, your vacation home will not be cleaned daily, however, if you would like to request a daily or mid-stay clean, this may be arranged for an additional fee.   Contact a Prestige Vacation Rentals representative to learn more.

How much notice is necessary to rent any items?
 
Prestige Vacation Rentals respectfully requests no less than 48 hours notice for rental equipment orders and grocery packages. However, we will accommodate your request to the best of our ability should the request be within 48 hours of arrival.

Does Prestige Vacation Rentals offer pool and / or spa heat?
 
Prestige Vacation Rentals offers a flat rate of $30.00 plus tax per night for pool & spa heat for homes that are equipped with heated pools and spa. The heat will run from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM per day. Please see the Terms and Conditions page for more information regarding pool heat.

Can I order theme park tickets through Prestige Vacation Rentals?

Prestige Vacation Rentals is not an authorized ticket agent. We suggest visiting Kissimmee Guest Services or Visit Orlando should you wish to purchase tickets prior to your arrival.
